Today has been Cooking Day.
I've got two soups/stews going: a white bean & beef, and a sausage/cabbage one. I've also shredded cabbage for a Chinese noodle salad and am about to start clearing out the (nasty) vegetable bins. I'll be doing a pork loin here, shortly--onion & garlic powder and rosemary, just like mom's. :)
Tomorrow will be a leg of lamb with a Jamaican jerk dry rub in the crock-pot. There'll be some stock in there, too, somewhere, either tonight or tomorrow.
